The Pepper Sauce Camp is comprised of 4 apartments, 6 cabins and a 3 bedroom ranch house with 1 full and 2 half baths, a commercial kitchen and views of the lake and mountains that are absolutely incredible.

Sitting in northeastern New Mexico's Moreno Valley on almost 8 acres at 8250', we are surrounded by the state's highest peaks. Angel Fire (10 minutes), Red River (30) and Taos Valley (45) Ski Resorts are a short distance away and the 2200 acre Eagle Nest Lake is quite literally in our backyard. You can see it behind the cabins. It is stocked annually with Rainbow Trout and Kokanee Salmon.

Nearby there is PGA level golf, hot air balloon and horseback rides, whitewater rafting on the Rio Grande, fly fishing on the Cimarron River or perhaps a visit to one of the local wineries is more your style. How about a tour through old town Taos with a side trip to the hundreds of years old Taos Pueblo? You can bike, hike, canoe, rent a motorcycle, eat out, go shopping, watch the amazing sunrise and learn why it's called 'Angel Fire' in the first place. And of course, the sunsets over Wheeler Peak (elev. 13161 feet) are nearly as incredible as the night sky filled with more stars than you can imagine.

We are pleased to introduce our new Tenant/Manager, Melissa Armijo.  She has been running her own cabin rental business at the Pepper Sauce since December 2009 and has already begun to build a strong following.  Melissa is an expert fly fishing guide, fly tie-er and teacher.  She'll be happy to help you plan all aspects of your fishing vacation.
